KrakenCare is a Limited Warranty that protects our customers products in cases of damage or defects throughout the products lifetime. We want our customers to feel secure in their purchase. This is another way to show how much we as a company believe in what we do. Moving, Outdoors, Wind, Storm, Rust, we cover it all (except loss or theft).
This is especially relevant and important for families with children or who will use their product outdoors. Our products are in fact Metal, and even with our industrial outdoor coating the product can rust overtime, especially depending on climate. If a product isn’t installed properly and falls, it can also be damaged; for example, if it scrapes against concrete.
What will we do for you without warranty?
Every customer is protected by our 14 day, no questions asked satisfaction guarantee. Simply let us know that you were unsatisfied and we will happily send you a new product.
What does our Warranty cover?
Our warranty covers products that may be:
- Damaged during transportation (Such as moving)
- Damaged during installation
- Home redesign that may require a different style product
- Covers rust damage ONLY ON OUTDOOR PRODUCTS (See product page for details)
How long does the coverage last?
Our Kraken Warranty+ plan adds extended protection of up to 2 years of protection.
What do you have to do?
All you will have to do in order to receive a replacement for a damaged product is send a picture of the damaged product and contact Customer Support via our email contact@krakendesignco.com. You can feel free to purchase the warranty packages either during your initial order or afterwards.
